Pascol recorded on August 6, 2016 in Jicamorachi during a ceremony to ask for good harvests of the season, Francisco G. (Guitarist) and Samuel L. (Violinist) are two musicians from the community.
Los Unicos de Uruachi was a regional music group formed by Eloy Rico González, Eliazar Cabrera, Daniel Rascón, Jose Antonio Duarte, Ivan Rene Campos and Herman Hugo Campos, all of them originally from the municipality of Uruachi, under the production of Rodolfo Borga in the Salto de Mata studios recorded the album that bears the same name as the group. This recording material encompasses the music of the region, contains unreleased songs and versions by artists of the same genre, as well as the “Corrido de Uruachi” composed by the playwright Victor Hugo Rascon Banda, to whom tribute is paid in the song “La Calle del Dramaturgo”.
It is an album that contains interesting tracks and that maintains the essence of northern music.
Arena de Rio is a traditional Mexican music group. The album “Esta... Mi Tierra Norteña” pays homage to the traditional songs of Chihuahua. The album contains four songs that refer to the region of Uruachi, in the On the album cover we can see the image of the Cajurichi church.
